Lunnie founder Sarah Kallile won the Dayton Startup Week Pitch Competition and $15,000 grant!

Thanks to improved manufacturing and securing our patents, we are engaging in exciting B2B hospital programs and licensing conversations. Lunnie plans to use this grant to further DTC and B2B marketing efforts.
This pitch competition marks the fourth win for Lunnie. Previous wins include 2023 Soin Award for Innovation, 2022 University of Dayton Flyer Pitch Competition, and 2021 Female Founder Collective Pitch Competition. Lunnie has earned over $100k in grants.

From Lunnie founder Sarah Kallile: "This win was personal to me, as I competed in this same competition back in 2021 when Lunnie was pre-launch. I didn't win that year, but I went on to create my dream leakproof nursing bra, secure both utility and design patents, win 3 more pitch competitions, launch my brand DTC and B2B hospital partnerships, and have far more impact on moms than I ever imagined.
But the part I'm most proud of? I had my third daughter in the middle of launching Lunnie. Which meant I had 3 girls under age 4 and a new business. Moms are truly the toughest and best entrepreneurs I know.
As an entrepreneur, it goes to show to never stop at a no. It can become a yes, eventually."
