Domestic shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Return policy
Lunnie has a 20 day return policy, which means you have 20 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Because the nursing bra is a hygienic item, returned items cannot be nursed in. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unwashed, unused, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, email sarah@lunnie.com. Once the unused condition is verified, you'll receive a return shipping label and instructions.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange for a different size, email sarah@lunnie.com. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you via email once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded (minus the cost of return shipping) on your original payment method. It can take several days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact sarah@lunnie.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or the incorrect item. We will evaluate the issue quickly and make it right.
