We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Because the nursing bra is a hygienic item, we ask that returned items have not been nursed in. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unwashed, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt.
To start a return, contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You can always contact us for any return question at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please send back product to:
2312 Far Hills Ave. #123
Dayton, OH 45419
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded (less the cost of return shipping) on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Hi, I'm sarah
I’m a mom of two young girls. While breastfeeding my second daughter, I was frustrated with my frumpy nursing bra and how it made me feel. I wanted a better alternative. I asked friends and searched online. But I couldn't find what I was looking for. This problem isn’t unique to me - it’s a universal pain point.
Moms Deserve Better
That’s why I created Lunnie. It’s the first community-led brand for postpartum mothers. No two breastfeeding journeys look alike which is why I assembled the Lunnie Hive, a diverse group of thousands of passionate moms who believe fed is best. Together, we built the perfect nursing bra. And we’re just getting started.
Lunnie is not only making products. We’re launching a movement to support moms who have been underserved. The stigma around postpartum and breastfeeding is stifling innovation. This leaves moms in the shadows and unprepared. The time for change is now. I hope you join us.
