Growth Marketing Intern
Paid Ads, Affiliate Network, Amazon Launch
Remote | Part-Time (10-12 hrs/week)
Lunnie is a patented, leakproof nursing bra helping moms feel confident during one of the most physically demanding seasons of life. We’re a founder-led, fast-growing brand trusted by health systems and loved by thousands of moms — and we’re entering our next big growth phase.
We’re scaling paid acquisition, affiliate network, and launching on Amazon. We want someone eager to help build it.
This is not a “make Canva graphics and sit in meetings” internship. You’ll work directly with the founder and get real ownership over revenue-driving channels.

What You’ll Actually Do
Run & Optimize Paid Ads

Help build, test, and optimize Google Ads and Meta campaigns

Research keywords, audiences, and competitors

Write ad copy and support creative testing

Track CAC, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates

Identify what’s working, what’s not, and how to fix it
Help Launch Lunnie on Amazon

Support listing creation and keyword optimization
-
Conduct competitive and category research
-
Help shape launch promotions and review strategy
-
Monitor performance and flag growth opportunities
Build Our Affiliate Network (Women’s Healthcare Providers)
-
Research and identify OB/GYNs, lactation consultants, pelvic floor PTs, doulas, and women’s health clinics
-
Support outreach to onboard providers into Lunnie’s affiliate program
-
Help create simple toolkits or messaging to make referrals easy
-
Track affiliate performance and optimize partnerships
Think Like a Growth Marketer

Analyze funnels and identify drop-off points

Support A/B testing

Bring ideas for new acquisition channels

Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Shopify, Affiliate Networks, and/or Amazon Seller Central is preferred — but not required. Eagerness to learn is.

Payment
$20/hour with 10-12 hours/per week. Payment is through the Entrepreneurs' Center based in downtown Dayton, OH.
